Our product range includes flanges manufactured in accordance with various standards such as ASME, MSSP, API, BS, JIS, GOST.
Of course, we manufacture all our flanges according to templates and technical drawings. We respond flexibly to specific customer requirements and develop individual solutions for our customers. High product and production standards ensure the quality of our products.
Blind flanges
The blind flange is made of steel, and its installation in an installation is done by using the flange installation kit that includes the gasket, screws, nuts and washers.
Blind flanges are manufactured without a through hole and are thus used to block pipe ends, valves or openings for pressure vessels.
The blind flange can be used in high-pressure industrial and thermal installations, welded installations, blocking the passage of fluids or gases.

Flanșe plate
The flat flange is used to tightly attach two components, such as a round steel pipe and a fitting (for example, a valve). This allows welding with a threaded steel spigot or joining with a threaded flange for conversion to another type of installation.
The mechanical connection between the flat flange and other types of flanges is classically achieved with the help of a set consisting of a gasket, screws, nuts and washers.
Use: high pressure industrial and thermal installations, welded installations.

Neck flanges
Weld neck flanges are among the most widely used types of welded flanges. They offer a high level of joint integrity due to butt welding with the pipe. They are used in high pressure and high temperature applications.
Thanks to the tapered hub, these flanges are strong and rigid, ideal for high-pressure industrial and thermal installations.
Neck flanges are sized to match the inside diameter of the associated pipes or fittings without restricting flow. This construction prevents vibration at the joints, reduces erosion and ensures uniform stress distribution through the tapered neck. They are also easy to check in quality control.
